This is an employed role as a Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist.

The appointee will be an important member of the staff utilising their expert skills to build rapport, care for clients and become an expert in their development of their Massage skills.

THE ROLE

We are looking for someone with:                                                

  • A Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy

  • 12 months experience is preferred, but not essential

  • Current membership to a recognised Australian massage association

  • Private Health Fund, including Medibank Private, provider numbers

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • Professional indemnity insurance

  • Either a current holder of Pregnancy Massage Australia qualifications, or looking to expand your education to include this level of training

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Be capable to working as part of a team or autonomously

  • Have high working standards with level of care to clients, attention to detail of the treatment, treatment room and process

  • Have ambition for continual growth

  • Have excellent customer service skills, organisational and time management skills

  • Have strong interest in pregnancy and postnatal care
